The Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion (DSRI) team is focused on increasing diverse representation at all levels of the company, creating a more inclusive workplace environment, and better serving and growing our diverse customer segments and diverse suppliers across all lines of business. The Business Execution Executive will report to the Head of Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion (DSRI) and serve as Chief of Staff supporting the head of DSRI.

The Head of Disability Inclusion is an executive position responsible for leading efforts to ensure accessibility in everything that Wells Fargo does. This executive will be accountable for implementation of the Accessibility for Customers and Employees with Disabilities Policy which establishes Wells Fargo’s companywide requirements for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and other similar laws. In addition, this high-profile leader will identify opportunities and help execute solutions to improve Wells Fargo’s abilities to serve the needs of employees, customers, and clients with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Technology and Digital business group teams to ensure that Wells Fargo’s digital platforms are inclusive for customers and employees with disabilities
Define guidelines for process owners to execute consistently in compliance with the Accessibility for Customers and Employees with Disabilities (ACED) Policy
Oversee translation of ACED policy into technical requirements
Partner with the Chief Administrative Office and Human Resources to ensure that Wells Fargo’s employee-facing tools, processes and facilities are inclusive for people with disabilities
Serves as a representative of Wells Fargo public policy advocacy and external communications regarding accessibility and disability-related inquiries
Work with LOBs and Office of Consumer Practices to establish and/or publicize products designed for people with disabilities
Instituting accessibility benchmarks, overseeing centralized data collection and reporting, and reviewing progress on accessibility goals with the Operating Committee and other senior management
Standardizing accessibility testing requirements and provide oversight of testing
Coordinating with Legal and Compliance to provide all ADA Title I & Title III (and other) required regulatory documentation
Create and sustain talent retention and opportunities for advancement for employees with disabilities.
Foster a fully engaged, inclusive, and accessible workplace environment.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Strategy and Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications

8+ years of Accessibility and Disability Inclusion policy implementation experience
5+ years’ experience in financial services, or similar regulated industry
Expertise in ADA regulatory affairs.
Experienced in the identification and implementation of successful workforce strategies related to disability inclusion strategies.
Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals to achieve corporate objectives.
Ability to make complex decisions and judgment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, strategic and tactical skills
Ability to adjust to and manage through changing priorities and timing expectations
A clear and concise communication style that can simplify the complex and ensure a common understanding can be quickly reached.
High EQ to help influence a broad constituency of stakeholders.
Strong analysis skills to quickly assess underlying business issues and needs.

Pay Range
$207,900.00 - $431,900.00 Annual
