OB SUMMARY
Plays a critical role in implementing the learning function of accessiblity products and practices both internally with employees and externally for accessibility customers which directly impacts the consumer experience. Provides guidance on accessibility standards and practices.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Lead, manage and monitor projects from concept through implementation; including managing timelines, risks and issues while also monitoring continuous improvement plans.

Consult with Learning Leaders to ensure they are creating accessible learning content.

Partner with Learning Teams to ensure their employees have the skills to support customers and employees with disabilities.

Responsible for agent-facing knowledge management content related to accessibility and disabilities, including the creation of an accessibility landing page.

Design and develop high quality learning content for Accessibility within the Digital Platforms group.

Conduct review of training materials to ensure learning objectives are met.

Provide enhancements and revisions to existing materials based on stakeholder/SME feedback.

Maintain current knowledge of latest industry tools and processes.

Manage all functions of eLearning design including storyboarding, scripting, assessment and multimedia inclusion.

Enable project managers/leaders with implementing learning function processes and making improvements/changes.

Finalize project scope, while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.

Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts on a daily basis, identifying and communicating resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.

Responsible for tracking and reporting on key project milestones and adjusting project and/or resource plans as necessary.

Develop, modify, enhance, and deliver learning modules for internal employees as well as for customer facing employees that assist accessibility customers.

Test training modules for accessibility and diagnose complex issues and evaluate, recommend, and execute the best resolution.

Ensure learning documents are complete, current, and appropriately maintained for record keeping.

Proactively meet with the internal customers of an assigned project to provide project status updates and reporting and to gather project-related feedback.

Ensure alignment of the implementation of Accessibility standards across various products and platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Understanding of WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Ability to leverage advanced and emerging digital learning tools, delivery methods, and platforms.
Brings proven accessibility knowledge and methods to learning applications from concept to launch
Strong knowledge of platform specific nomenclature
Fully engaged and positive member of a collaborative team
Ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage accessibility work
Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
Demonstrates strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Experience with project estimation
Experience with planning and facilitating user research and usability tests with disabled users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent real world experience
