Job Family Summary

The Digital Deployment Team is responsible for the development, coding, design, deployment and digital experience for the consumer facing digital/web properties. Working with ATSV and across AORs, the team manages the CMS, MVT and personalization systems required to bring digital programs to life, get them tagged appropriately, optimized for organic search and support of ADA compliance standards. The team, within Digital Transformation (DT) Marketing, also serves as an enterprise resource in the areas of digital engagement and e-Business. The Digital Transformation (DT) team designs, implements and maintains consumer-centric, personalized digital solutions leveraging emerging digital capabilities that enable consumers to interact with and provide information to our current and prospective customers where, when, and how they choose.

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for working directly with internal AORS, ATSV and outside vendors overseeing and updating/maintaining all our websites to comply with WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 accessibility rules. The role requires someone having solid web knowledge of accessibility rules, experience as a front-end web developer, and online management expertise with excellent quality and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Learning about accessibility and how it pertains to websites and all digital assets
Learning and understanding ADA and WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 rules
Educating clients/vendors on our process and adherence and governance over ADA
Owner of Site Improve tool
Content authoring in our CMS to make accessibility updates
Creating and communicating weekly project report to legal counsel and team members on activities / updates / improvements for site accessibility on all 80+ sites within the enterprise
Monitoring progress of all 80+ sites within the enterprise
Educate internal clients on the importance of site accessibility (Careers, CR, CM, ABI and more).
Employee would author ADA updates in our CMS if knowledgeable / time permits

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

Experience using a ADA self-service tool (Site Improve or Wave)
1-3 years of experience leading digital initiatives with an experience in accessibility
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Microsoft office
Experience with Sketch, Zeplin and InVision a plus, but will train
Experience managing Agile projects
Experience using VersionOne a plus
HTML / coding a plus
Able to manage all levels of projects from simple to complex
Commitment to continuous learning.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this postion is $64,700. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
