Citibank, N.A. seeks an Operational Risk Officer for its Charlotte, NC location.
DUTIES: Support accessibility tools for Technology Quality Engineering Teams and accommodation teams. Ensure new versions of accessibility tools are made available avoiding end of vendor service. Define and document software packaging specifications, configurations, and end user procurement steps. Perform testing and quality control on new or updated software packages. Work with accessibility vendors to ensure software defects and vulnerabilities are remediated within the agreed timeframe. Work with accessibility vendors to groom product roadmap to align with Citi strategy. Stay up to date with new accessibility testing tools and latest versions of tools. Perform evaluations and comparisons of testing tools to inform purchase/license decisions. Proactively communicate ideas, solutions, and capabilities over and above the specific task request. Provide technical advice to IT management or Project Managers, assisting them with high-level planning or issue resolution. Assist in the implementation of internal policies and procedures (standards, controls, metrics). Participate in management prioritization, minor enhancements, break fix activities, problem management, and stability analysis. Analyze incidents and problems related to business processes and implement solutions. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Performing accessibility testing for web, mobile, and PDF's using open source and commercial tools including automated tool Axe, and screen reader tools including NVDA and JAWS; Utilizing UI automated testing methodologies and frameworks, software accessibility methodologies, tools and processes to integrate Web Content Accessibility Guideline testing into the software development lifecycle; Setting up software access within software distribution networks including Artifactory and Nexus to make accessibility tools available to developers and testers; Utilizing Nodejs, NPM, Yarn, Java, Maven, Gradle, and PIP to upload any required dependencies to Artifactory; Testing HTML Selenium, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, Junit, and TestNG, to provide architecture platforms for QA or QE teams; and Utilizing Bitbucket repositories, Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, and SonarQube to access the application code, deploy apps, and detect any vulnerabilities. 40 hrs./wk.
