Compensation:
Salary range starting at $55,000 annually.

Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
As an AJLA–TS Business Analyst / Web Accessibility Analyst, you will test and validate user interfaces against accessibility requirements and consult on the effective technical implementation of digital accessibility requirements in client systems.


Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Performs WCAG 2.0 AA compliance and accessibility testing using Assistive Technology (AT), such as NVDA, Interactive Accessibility Toolkit, aXe Developer Tools, and AMP.
Collaborates with business analysts and developers to identify, reproduce, prioritize and remediate accessibility issues.
Manages third-party remediation projects.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School or GED
Licensing & Certification:
None Required
Minimum Qualifications:
Significant experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Two years’ experience in analyzing data and information, project management or business processes.
Excellent listener with the ability to process information or feedback into actionable next steps.
Excellent analytical/critical thinker with the ability to solve problems of all sizes.
Solid technical background in accessibility requirements for web applications and electronic documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related field from an accredited college is preferred.
Experience in an agile software development environment including a working understanding of agile and Kanban methodologies.
Experience with Business Intelligence.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) using tools such as Cucumber, Capybara, Selenium, or Gherkin.
Experience translating complex state or federal regulations documentation for a non-technical audience or into actionable business requirements.
