Drive daily business operations of Truist’ s Innovation and Inclusive Design team and Enterprise Accessibility program through establishing programs that drive operational effectiveness, policy and process development, accessibility conformance measurement and project management. Create, publish and communicate ADA accessibility processes and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Facilitate implementation and optimization of the enterprise accessibility program by monitoring physical and digital roadmap progress and working closely with the Inclusive Design team and stakeholders.
2. Coordinate Inclusive Design team involvement in physical and digital development across the enterprise, including participation in Agile ceremonies and process evaluation to ensure conformance to accessibility policy and guidelines.
3. Track accessibility physical and digital platform inventory and enterprise contacts.
4. Use Agile techniques and ceremonies to assist Inclusive Design team in meeting key goals and deadlines.
5. Assist in evaluation of new vendors, work with operations/vendor management to create and renew contracts, and act as the subject matter expert for contract language related to accessibility requirements.
6. Assist in establishing accessibility process integration points and process maps to guide agile teams / support accessibility guideline adherence.
7. Drive ADA accessibility policy updates and collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Business Unites et al.
8. Support onboarding activities; acts as team SME on network access / cross-bank access issues.
9. Direct special projects for Director of Operations, Enterprise Accessibility; assist across the Operations function as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven to ten years of experience in project management / development team or testing environments
3. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
4. Problem solving skills; ability to manage both short term and long term priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Five years of experience developing processes and workflows across multidisciplinary digital product design teams
2. Master’s degree
3. Advanced knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it pertains to Title III and digital content
4. Understanding of accessibility testing and monitoring solutions, including automated and guided tools and manual testing methodology for web, mobile and digital documents
5. Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 principles, guidelines and success criteria, Advanced knowledge of ARIA and ARIA Authoring Practices
6. Experience in Financial Services Industry
