The mission of our Product Accessibility team is to set all Zendesk teams up for success in shipping inclusive products. We do this at scale through technical enablement including standards, tools, training and consulting.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of Accessibility-focused front-end and quality engineers as they engage across our product org. If you are seeking a team responsible for a single code base, this role is not for you. Instead, if the idea of leading ICs involved in various projects involving different tech stacks, sounds exciting, this is for you.
