Accessiblity auditor (contractor)

We are currently seeking Accessibility Auditors on a contract basis to join our team for various upcoming projects. These roles are critical in ensuring that our client's digital products or services meet the highest standards of accessibility.


Contract Duration/s: varied, anything from 5 days to monthly rolling contracts.


Location: Remote, Preference for UK or The Netherlands, but open to candidates globally for the right match with willingness to deliver to agreed deadlines / time zones.


Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough accessibility audits on digital platforms, including websites and applications.
Evaluate compliance with WCAG guidelines and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and suggestions, ensuring clarity for stakeholders.
Engage in client meetings to present findings and advise on remediation strategies.


Requirements:
Proven experience in conducting accessibility audits and usability testing.
In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills to assess digital products' accessibility.
Contractors with experience across various sectors will be preferred.


Preferred and proven experience, as some projects have additional requirements:
Testing with physical hardware and tv interfaces.
PDF remediation.
Ecommerce Audits.
