We believe that great design can engage and inspire users, and we strive to rethink and redefine how users interact with Visa's applications and products. Our team members are innovative thinkers and strategic problem solvers who are as analytical as they are creative. We value hard work, accountability, and collaboration, and we prize proven skills and team success.

The more senior roles will play a critical role in helping craft the end-to-end commerce journeys for partner payment platforms and direct to consumer payment experiences. You will drive the vision for what a world class digital payments experience should be. You’ll be responsible in developing elegant and simple experiences that help solve complex business and design challenges. This is an extraordinary opportunity to influence customer experiences at Visa with high impact and scale.

The ideal candidate thrives in a work environment that requires independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication. This individual is both highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrates superb design, writing and presentation skills. This individual actively fosters collaboration both inside and outside the team, evangelizes and promotes inclusive experiences within the company, and can juggle providing support for several high-level projects while delivering A-level work on all of them. The ability to exercise independent judgment, balanced with direction from supervisor is also required.
