Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking Technology, is seeking an experienced Accessibility SME and Evaluator to review multiple customer facing applications. You will be responsible for handling highly complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. You will work with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process; and analyze application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and technical functional specification documents. This candidate will use advanced knowledge of applications in identifying,evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems; research new products and industry methodologies and facilitate the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. They will create, prioritize and direct quality assurance and test execution activities; lead testing teams, development teams and project teams, both onshore and offshore to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes; and provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff to resolve critical and non-routine scenarios.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Creates, prioritizes and directs quality assurance and test execution activities.
2. Leads testing teams, development teams and project teams onshore and offshore to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes.
3. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff to resolve critical and non-routine scenarios.
4. Provide direction on Automation strategy and execution.
5. Provide leadership in Agile transformation from QA perspective.


Required Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
7+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
2+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting

Desired Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to act as a subject matter expert on Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, ADA Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or Section 508 compliance guidelines
A BS/BA degree or higher
Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
3+ years' experience in digital accessibility, preferably within a corporate setting
Ability to apply subject matter expertise of WCAG, Section 508, ADA and other related regulations and guidelines to accurately assess digital assets for compliance with accessibility policies and rules
Relevant industry certification (e.g. IAAP CPACC, IAAP WAS or DHS Trusted Tester)
