About the Client

A well-known pharmaceutical company seeking accessibility expertise for their Experience Design team.
Available Role

Senior Accessibility Coach with product expertise and mentoring abilities
Responsibilities

Ensure accessibility standards are met across digital platforms
Guide teams on WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and best practices
Provide mentorship and strategic direction for accessibility initiatives
Manage multi-stakeholder projects in digital and healthcare settings
Work within an agile framework to support accessibiliy efforts

Requirements

Experience in digital or healthcare projects specifically with UX and visual design
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and accessibility standards
Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Figma, Mural, Storybook, React.js
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines

Contract Details

Remote role, following East Coast business hours
40 hrs/week commitment
3-month contract, with potential extension
