This role provides a unique opportunity to lead product initiatives that modernize digital platforms and deliver engaging, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders, to translate strategic objectives into actionable, high-quality product deliverables. The position emphasizes ownership of product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies, while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and usability standards. You will contribute to products that directly impact healthcare professionals and learners, working in a remote, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, mentorship, and measurable outcomes.

**Accountabilities**

* Own and maintain product backlogs for assigned initiatives, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for upcoming sprints.
* Translate business objectives into clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and designers to align priorities and support roadmap execution.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.
* Track and report on key metrics such as burndown, velocity, and throughput to provide visibility into progress.
* Champion accessibility (WCAG AA) and compliance requirements across product deliverables.
* Support the creation of wireframes and collaborate on intuitive, user-friendly UI designs.
