To make sure that our products can be used by as many people as possible, including the world’s one-billion plus people with disabilities, we are hiring an Accessibility Manager that can drive our product compliance efforts across the company and in our workplace.

The Global Compliance & Integrity team is looking for a passionate, strategic and impact-oriented program manager to help scale our strategy and execution. In this role, you will work across all functions of the Company to drive our accessibility priorities and ensure that we make progress against our established standards. In this role, you will help us answer the following question: How do we use our platform to change the unemployment and underemployment rates for people with disabilities?

To get us there, you’ll ensure that we have sufficient oversight and compliance to determine program effectiveness and will partner with key stakeholders to build both efficient systems and processes to streamline program execution. Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be able to work to build strategy and deliver measurable outcomes across five key areas:

Accessibility Governance: Establish and manage an accessibility governance program across the enterprise, including establishment of a Leadership Advisory Board to set enterprise strategy. This entails driving LinkedIn’s monthly and quarterly executive accessibility reviews.
Education: Coordinate training strategy for the Company, including technical training, to educate employees and managers on accessibility, and how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences and infuse that thinking into our product development efforts.
Audit and Oversight: Own all accessibility auditing efforts, including roadmap, vendor relationship, and monthly check-ins.
Product and Sales Partnership: Partner with Sales and Customer Operations to ensure that we provide a great experience for members and customers in the area of accessibility.
Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: Scale accessibility efforts by tapping into internal and external stakeholder expertise and resources. Identify and build relationships with external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations to promote our ideals and improve awareness of our accessibility efforts.
Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of project/program management experience, or compliance experience.
Experience in accessibility space.
Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in accessibility-related work.
1+ year of experience supporting Employee Resource Groups.
Understanding of and passion for Diversity & Inclusion.
Compliance Programmatic experience.
Ability to prioritize effectively to focus on the most important tasks to drive impact.
Operating expertise with a track record of getting things done through cross-functional partnerships.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and results- oriented environment that demands excellence.
Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, including written and verbal communications.
