Product Owner, Accessibility

As Product owner you will be responsible for the development of the Accessibility module supporting Siteimprove’s mission to be the global market leader within digital accessibility.

The main objective is to advocate on behalf of the market and to ensure that the right product functionalities are built at the right time to deliver maximum value to our customers and the business.

You will be based in the Accessibility product unit, working together with the development team, Product designers and Product experts. You will also work closely with other Product owners responsible for the other Siteimprove modules.

The position is based in Copenhagen, and reports directly to the Product Unit Director.

Responsibilities

Your role as Product Owner will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy.
Transform conceptual ideas to product features, working closely with your Product Director and the development team.
Research and evaluate market trends and developments in the field of accessibility and drive proof-of-concept discovery processes for developing your products with a focus on a high number of iterations.
Work closely with stakeholders and the R&D team to ensure well-grounded product decisions and great user experience.
Facilitate the ideation phase together with product designers and peers.
Break concepts into user stories and providing the necessary specification.
Coordinate with the R&D team in terms of tasks and priorities.
Participate in the SCRUM process as Product owner.

What We Require of You

Experience within the field of accessibility
A passion for software development
Curiosity to understand user needs through interaction with customers and users
Ready to support pre-sales, implementation and customer services as a SME
Be an expert and the "go-to" person on the product functionalities
Own the roadmap dialogue with clients
