In this role, you will collaborate with product teams to design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions ensuring all digital products and services meet accessibility compliance requirements for web and CTX-owned applications. Responsibilities include translating compliance regulations into technical solutions, supporting and improving accessibility requirement processes and tools, delivering training, consulting on design and development, performing risk assessments, maintaining documentation, and supporting automation of processes. Requires 8-10 years System Engineering and Accessibility Compliance experience. Preferred qualifications include project management, general compliance, skilled audits, expertise with Laravel, Node.js, VueJS, accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-AIRA), assistive technology tools, mentoring in agile environments, and relevant certifications. Technical skills include PHP/Laravel, Node.js, PGSQL, Azure DevOps, Vue.js, and containerized environments. Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience. This is a full-time onsite position in Plano, TX. Salary range from $155,400 to $261,100 annually.
