This high-impact role is at the forefront of Apple's commitment to Accessibility and Sustainability, where you will define and execute global sales strategies, unlock new market opportunities, and shape the future of our business through innovative growth. This is a unique, international position offering unparalleled exposure and influence. You will act as an internal consultant and strategic business development leader, partnering directly with senior leaders across Apple Sales, Product Marketing, Accessibility, Environment, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams. Your mandate will be to not only identify but actively *architect* and *implement* strategies that embed Accessibility and Sustainability at the core of our commercial success worldwide, impacting millions of lives and the planet.

Description
-----------

As a Global Strategy & Business Development Senior Executive for Accessibility & Sustainability, your mandate will be to: Pioneer Strategic Growth: Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential business opportunities that leverage Apple's Accessibility and Sustainability initiatives across diverse routes-to-market and global geographies. Champion Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market scanning and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and strategic white spaces, translating insights into actionable growth strategies. Architect Go-to-Market Excellence: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of complex business cases and transformative go-to-market strategies, working collaboratively with global sales organizations and cross-functional partners. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Design and implement scalable playbooks, providing project leadership to ensure seamless execution and global roll-out of strategic programs. Influence & Advise Senior Stakeholders: Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for high-stakes commercial engagements, responding to complex RFPs and direct partner/customer inquiries related to Sustainability, Supply Chain Innovation, and Accessibility. Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Engage directly with key customers and partners in 1:1 and 1:many forums, delivering executive-level presentations that articulate Apple's vision and value proposition in these critical areas. Drive Measurable Outcomes: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies to ensure tangible business impact and alignment with Apple's overarching strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
----------------------

* Strategic Acumen & Proven Impact: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic business development, top-tier management consulting, or a high-impact strategy/marketing role within a global enterprise.
* Global Business Mindset: A track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on international business opportunities, navigating complex market dynamics, and collaborating effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
* Exceptional Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to intake highly complex, ambiguous business challenges, apply structured thinking, develop creative, value-add solutions, and tenaciously drive their implementation and execution.
* Executive Presence & Communication: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and influence C-suite executives and external partners.
* Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter mentality with a passion for building new business opportunities, coupled with the autonomy to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
* Collaborative Leader: A natural team player with a proven ability to build trust, foster strong relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional alignment across a global organization.
* Passion for Purpose: A genuine interest and demonstrable commitment to driving positive change through Accessibility and Sustainability initiatives.
* Strong Organizational & Project Leadership: Expertise in managing complex projects, setting priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
------------------------

* MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Background in Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications (Carrier), or Management Consulting.
* Direct experience working internationally.
* Understanding of legal/regulatory frameworks related to Sustainability or Accessibility.

Pay & Benefits
--------------

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. **Description**

As a Global Strategy & Business Development Senior Executive for Accessibility & Sustainability, your mandate will be to: Pioneer Strategic Growth: Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential business opportunities that leverage Apple's Accessibility and Sustainability initiatives across diverse routes-to-market and global geographies. Champion Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market scanning and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and strategic white spaces, translating insights into actionable growth strategies. Architect Go-to-Market Excellence: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of complex business cases and transformative go-to-market strategies, working collaboratively with global sales organizations and cross-functional partners. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Design and implement scalable playbooks, providing project leadership to ensure seamless execution and global roll-out of strategic programs. Influence & Advise Senior Stakeholders: Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for high-stakes commercial engagements, responding to complex RFPs and direct partner/customer inquiries related to Sustainability, Supply Chain Innovation, and Accessibility. Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Engage directly with key customers and partners in 1:1 and 1:many forums, delivering executive-level presentations that articulate Apple's vision and value proposition in these critical areas. Drive Measurable Outcomes: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies to ensure tangible business impact and alignment with Apple's overarching strategic objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications**

* Strategic Acumen & Proven Impact: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic business development, top-tier management consulting, or a high-impact strategy/marketing role within a global enterprise.
* Global Business Mindset: A track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on international business opportunities, navigating complex market dynamics, and collaborating effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
* Exceptional Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to intake highly complex, ambiguous business challenges, apply structured thinking, develop creative, value-add solutions, and tenaciously drive their implementation and execution.
* Executive Presence & Communication: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and influence C-suite executives and external partners.
* Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter mentality with a passion for building new business opportunities, coupled with the autonomy to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
* Collaborative Leader: A natural team player with a proven ability to build trust, foster strong relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional alignment across a global organization.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Background in Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications (Carrier), or Management Consulting.
* Direct experience working internationally.
* Understanding of legal/regulatory frameworks related to Sustainability or Accessibility.
