Key Role:
Serve as the advocate for accessibility and a resource for colleagues who need to develop accessible products. Provide outreach and training for project managers, web designers, developers, and content providers. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and conceptsand contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with initiating and supporting business development efforts
Experience with implementing Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 policy
Experience as an Accessibility Advocate
Ability to perform career manager duties for a team of 5-8 staff
Ability to identify and support business development opportunities
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with government consulting
BA or BS degree
