As an Accessibility Manager on our Progressive User Research & Accessibility Services (PURAS) team, you’ll lead & develop a team of 12-15 Accessibility & Usability Analysts. You’ll align strategy and action plans to ensure accessible product excellence according to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards for websites, applications, software and IT hardware. You’ll also research and identify new methods and technology in inclusive user experience. You’ll work closely with organizational leadership and other roles across the company by advocating inclusive design principles, refinements and improvements. You will also use your strong influencing skills to collaborate with senior leadership to refine the company's digital accessibility strategy and roadmap.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted
Preferred Skills
Experience leading and developing senior level IT teams
Demonstrated strength in learning agility and broad knowledge of Information Technology functions
Demonstrated commitment to digital accessibility, with experience or certification in Accessibility (CPACC or ADA certification) a plus (future certification necessary)
Project oversight, planning, tracking, and reporting skills with advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Proven Strengths in Lean leadership, Interpersonal and negotiation skills, building collaborative partnerships, and technical aptitude
Compensation
$109,565 - $141,790/year
