Management Strategies is an award-winning strategy and management consulting firm specializing in program management, process improvement, organizational design and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in accessibility standards and guidelines to support a federal client in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will possess expert knowledge regarding AI, digital accessibility, digital equity, and have an expert understanding of disability accommodations and of the diverse needs of people with disabilities to ensure that accessibility is integrated into the the design process for technology. The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

Manage a team providing accessible technology development services to a federal client
Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between the developers of technological solutions and end users (e.g., people with disabilities) to ensure development meets identified needs.
Provide a nuanced understanding of current and future technology concerns, particularly with regard to AI, in the employment lifecycle
Interface with IT organizations to ensure development aligns with accessibility standards.

The successful candidate possesses the following skills and experience:

Bachelors degree in computer science, web development, technology and information management, or a related field is required
Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience is required
Minimum of three years of digital accessibility experience is required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired
Experience supporting the deployment of AI in the employment lifecycle is required
