As an Accessibility Program Manager you will be part of SAP Concur’s Product & Engineering organization responsible for SAP Concur’s product accessibility Vision, process and communication. You will work closely with the SAP Concur product teams and accessibility stakeholders in and outside of SAP. You will represent Concur with the centralized SAP accessibility teams and be responsible to convey SAP requirements & guidelines into the Concur product teams. In your new role, you will drive projects that enable our design and development teams to further improve the accessibility of SAP Concur software and improving the inclusiveness of our user experience. You will support customer requests and customer escalations. You are results-driven, requiring little direction, and are a strong advocate for our customers. We are looking for a team member that embraces the uniqueness of people, has a strong inclusive mindset and is living up on a team spirit across SAP. In addition, we are looking for a good team player with a positive mind set and a strong ability to network across functions, roles and departments. You will have many opportunities to prove your strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic problem solving in a cross-product and cross department setup.
Role Requirements

Advanced knowledge of digital accessibility and industry standards for enterprise and small business software solutions
Experience conducting manual accessibility evaluations, including translating results into actionable feedback
Experience with automated accessibility testing tools for web and mobile
Knowledge of SAP's product portfolio
Proven track record in managing customer engagements and de-escalations
Multiple years of work experience in quality assurance or program management.
Experienced in using formal program management methodologies, techniques, and tools
Ability to adapt quickly to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired - Base knowledge of the SAP development framework Innovation Cycle
Desired - Base knowledge of SAP Product Standards and SAP Product Standard Accessibility specifically

Our product portfolio includes Concur Expense, Concur Travel, Concur Request, Concur Invoice, Concur Pay, and Concur Budget on both web and mobile platforms.
