This role will work closely with the Director of Accessibility in development of accessible products with a focus on the evaluation of products against WCAG standards, providing detailed feedback, and guiding teams on execution of required updates to achieve WCAG compliance. This role will create accessibility conformance reports for products. Initiate and manage third-party audits and accessibility conformance reports as needed.

Your contribution to the team includes:
o Initiate and manage third-party audits of products/applications against WCAG standards.
o Review products/applications against WCAG standards and create accessibility conformance reports.
o Consult product teams on accessibility requirements implementation in products/applications.
o Partner to define executable and repeatable process to implement accessibility requirements.
o Monitor and assess accessibility implementation process making continuous improvements.
o Participate in training individuals and teams on accessibility implementation with a focus on conformance testing.
o Evaluate industry trends and legislation to incorporate findings into strategic plans.

What you’ll need to be successful:
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Computer Interaction, software development, UX, or equivalent professional experience.
o 5+ years accessibility consultant experience, to include using assistive technology hardware/software, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, Dragon Naturally Speaking, etc.
o Thorough knowledge of Accessibility guidelines -- ADA, W3C WCAG 2.0 and Section 508.
o Reviewing online products against WCAG standards using manual and automated testing.
o Creating accessibility conformance reports.
o 3 years native mobile experience with iOS/Android/Win8 and web mobile applications.
o 3+ years project management combined with solid detail orientation.
o Experience using JIRA, Confluence.
o Ability to advance accessibility through the agile development process.
o Independent self-starter with strong project management skills.
o Takes initiative and positively influence teams with conflicting priorities.
o Excellent organizational, communication, writing and presentation skills.
o Adapts to competing demands and priorities.

This role is based in Boston and will require 20% travel.
