Job Description

Job Role: Sr. Instructional Design/Project Management

Exp - 5 to 8 Years

Np- 15days to Immediate


Job Location: Any


Experience: Consultants with some prior experience in Energy Management, Electricals, Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Energy management

Experience: 6-7 yrs.

Project Tenure: Preferably 1 year (engagement tenure project performance based)


The resource will be responsible for the following.
1) End to end manage learning Content development projects with expertise in handling the full lifecycle of content development starting from Need Analysis to content development
2) Lead the design of sticky-learning solutions using prescribed tools according to our quality and development standards.
3) Propose design solutions with measurable impact
4) Manage the learning requirements of the internal stakeholder, structuring source content, creating high-level design documents, storyboarding, visual storyboarding.
5) Expertise in creating prototypes for better SME visualization, developing training assets facilitator guides, web-based training, application simulations, performance simulation, videos, game based and blended learning
6) Forecast and meet project deadlines.


Must have skills functional:

Project Management, Instructional Designing, Good communication skills, expert in (Articulate, Elucidat) graphics design and video production, well versed in WCAG 2.1 and should be able to design accessible courses.


Must have behavioural skills functional:

highly creative, agile; open to feedback; open to experimenting and suggesting out of the box solutions; excellent stakeholder management; ability to adapt and learn with change in business needs, working with multicultural, multilingual project teams.
Good to have skills: Understanding of how various learning experience platforms behave (Cornerstone/SCORM cloud); Any additional language (French, German, Cn) is a plus

This is an individual contributor role. The resource will be required to
Familiarize and get trained on our Branding, IPR, DEI and technical course development and publication requirements (SCORM testing, video specs etc.)
Independently seek the stakeholders? needs with minimal/moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
