Amazing Associate Accessibility Tester

We are looking for a dynamic associate accessibility tester who has a need to learn and an eye for detail to make digital technology inclusive for people with disabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create Test Strategy and Test Plan
Perform testing across both web and mobile apps to ensure Accessibility compliance
Conduct manual and automated testing using tools like ANDI, Wave
Understanding how people with disabilities use assistive technologies
Conduct assistive technology testing with screen readers, magnifiers, speech recognition like JAWS, NVDA, Talkback, Voiceover
Document bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, user impact, WCAG checkpoint and code recommendations
Perform quality checks
Effectively managing time as per the project plan
Ability to work independently within a quickly changing technological environment


Qualifications required:

Graduation in BSc IT/BCA/MCA or B.E is preferable.

Must have/Mandate skills include:

Must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience on Web Accessibility
DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester and/or WAS certification preferred
Hands-on experience of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Should have knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1 & ARIA
Experience using Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools
Hands-on experience of using screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, Talkback & VoiceOver
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
Should have excellent presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
