The KML (Knowledge Management & Learning) Engineering Team are looking for passionate Software Quality Engineers that have a strong focus on teamwork, their professional development and thrive on testing new ideas or solutions. We operate as a cross-functional team capable of not only writing code but owning the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept through to production. We build, test and own our platform end to end!


We're an agile engineering team and operate within a DevOps centric environment and value team collaboration, alignment and professional development as an essential ingredient in our day to day actions. We maintain a very close partnership with our Product Owners and collaborate closely to test and ensure our changes are a success.


We leverage the latest technology stack for development from JS/React to Java, SQL to No-SQL, Server to serverless, as well as operating within an automated CICD environment. We also have our own Systems Team who support and manage the core infrastructure, keep it healthy, and monitor and assist with production events. You will be working on a new Knowledge and Learning platform with front-end built in ReactJS, enterprise APIs, opensource WebCMS, Elasticsearch engine with machine learning capability, big data and analytics as well as maintaining our automated quality and CICD development pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hands on experience with JavaScript and / or Java languages.
Solid hands on experience with performance testing and tools such as Jmeter / LoadRunner / Gatling.
Solid hands on automation testing experience and tools such as Selenium / WebDriver / Rest Assured / Karate.
Strong awareness / experience with security / fuzz testing.
Experience with web accessibility testing and standards such as WCAG.
Provides coaching and domain expertise to engineers on Automation, Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and processes.
Leads set-up and executes test scripts, assists in preparation of test strategies, sets up and maintains test data & environments as well as logs results.
Provides maintenance of the regression suite and crafts & executes automated test scripts.
Working experience in an agile environment
