About You : You will be from a user centred background such as UX, HMI who is eager to learn the testing side of UX and accessibility principles and show a genuine interest in technology.

You will be a critical thinker, enjoy tackling different problems in a structured way and are a highly motivated self-starter.

You should have great interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to deliver the best possible solutions for their clients.

As your career progresses, you can expect to work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to development to implementation, and to take on assignments in different sectors.

This will provide you with a broad base of experience from which to build an outstanding career.Main duties : You'll be working as a test engineer on client projects with a focus on both manual and automation testingWorking as part of Agile teams, collaborating on accessibility requirements, development and testingDefining and executing testing strategies, test plans and test automation frameworksTesting features through automated and manual testingWorking with and learning from senior members within the teamSpecialist skills required : Enthusiastic, motivated, committed and capable degree educated individualsGenuine interest in a career in software testing and technologyExcellent communication, problem solving and analytical skillsIntellectual curiosityExperience with ARIA / HTML / CSS / JavaScript and manual accessibility, accessibility evaluation toolsUnderstanding / knowledge of WCAG guidelines and compliance, the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010An accessibility certification or qualification, or experience training others on effective uses of assistive technologies would be a bonusPackage and benefits : Competitive salary, dependent on experience25 Days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysFlexibility to work from homeOn-Going training and up to 10 days additional training allowance a yearGenerous discretionary bonusStatutory & Contributory pensionGym membershipAnnual Away days & Social Events
