Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Engineer focused on User Experience & Accessibility, you will utilize usability tools and research methods to drive design improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application usability, usefulness, and desirability. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards for accessibility through regular audits. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Conduct Usability Research: Identify, understand, and utilize usability tools and research methods to provide actionable insights that drive future design improvements, collaborating with Requirements and User Experience Designers and User Interface Developers.
* Perform Regression Testing: Execute regression testing on existing features to ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices, identifying and reporting defects through effective bug reporting processes.
* Develop Manual Testing Plans: Create manual testing plans, test cases, and test data for new features and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
* Collaborate on Issue Resolution: Work with development teams to reproduce and resolve reported issues, providing detailed bug reports to facilitate efficient resolution.
* Ensure Accessibility Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards for accessibility (WCAG), identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Preferred Education
Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Utilize Usability Tools: Exposure to usability tools and research methods to identify areas for design improvements and provide actionable insights.
* Conduct Regression Testing: Experience working with regression testing on existing features to ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
* Develop Manual Testing Plans: Exposure to creating manual testing plans, test cases, and test data for new features and enhancements.
