Job Role
This role leads the integration of UX and CX Testing as a Service within the Allianz Services BAT portfolio. It combines user research expertise with testing knowledge to deliver customer-centric insights that enhance usability, accessibility, and satisfaction.

What you will do
Lead Customer Experience Testing
Partner with External UX test company to design and execute real-user experience testing campaigns and surveys
Integrate UX/CX insights into the BAT framework to complement functional and automation testing.
Design and run usability studies (moderated and unmoderated) to validate product and service experiences.
Set up and deploy surveys, focus groups, and remote testing to collect quantitative and qualitative feedback.
Research & Analysis
Conduct usability studies, user interviews, and survey analysis to identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product and service teams.
Service Development
Develop and maintain a structured UX Testing as a Service playbook for BAT.
Define methodologies, metrics, and reporting formats for customer experience testing.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Allianz OEs, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure that UX insights shape test design and acceptance criteria.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and OE clients.
Continuous Improvement
Leverage GenAI and automation tools to scale and streamline UX testing.
Stay updated on UX/CX research methods, accessibility standards, and emerging customer experience trends.

What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Design, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or customer experience analysis.
Proven ability to integrate UX insights into product or service delivery.
Exposure to enterprise-level testing or QA projects is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and customer-centric KPIs.

You have
Strong command of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
Experience with crowdtesting or remote user research platforms (e.g., Testbirds).
Ability to design user journeys, personas, and usability scenarios.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of GenAI tools and automation in UX testing.
Agile mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams."
