At Walmart, inclusion is a guiding principle in the way we approach our customer and Associate experiences. We're looking for an enthusiastic accessibility expert to lead our Associate accessibility programs across our omni portfolio.

As a Staff PM, you will work in an environment that is collaborative, team-based, and promotes the importance of ownership and cross-functional leadership. You will advocate for accessibility, align product vision with high-level strategic goals -- translating user research into feature ideation, and prioritizing and implementing a roadmap that achieves greater inclusion and accessibility for our Associates.

We'll provide opportunity to...

Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to diversity, disability inclusion and accessibility.

Make complex challenges simple and champion an accessibility-first product approach.

Use a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products.

Develop strategy to improve current Associate experiences and ensure future capabilities are born accessible.

Conduct discovery, gap analysis, and user insights to translate goals into roadmaps to achieve results, while managing risk and regression.

Build relationships with key technical, and non-technical, partners to create an inclusive culture, guide roadmap prioritization, influence stakeholders and obtain leadership agreement.

Develop plans, frameworks, training, and process improvements to enhance our Associate tools, capabilities and experiences.

Along the way you will report to the Director of Product Management.

What you'll get...

Fulfillment: You'll end each workday knowing your contributions are making a difference, with 1.3 million Walmart associates and 150 million weekly customers relying on us to help them save money and live better - including greater inclusion and accessibility for our Associates.

Support: We'll support you and your professional development to produce your best work as you advocate for accessibility and align product vision with high-level strategic goals.

Culture: Feel confident bringing your whole self to work. You will work in an environment that is collaborative, team-based, and promotes the importance of ownership and cross-functional leadership.

Benefits & Perks:

Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance. Other great perks include 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and much more.
