At Walmart, inclusion is a guiding principle in the way we approach our customer and Associate experiences. We're looking for an enthusiastic accessibility expert to lead our Associate accessibility programs across our omni portfolio.

As a Staff PM, you will work in an environment that is collaborative, team-based, and promotes the importance of ownership and cross-functional leadership. You will advocate for accessibility, align product vision with high-level strategic goals -- translating user research into feature ideation, and prioritizing and implementing a roadmap that achieves greater inclusion and accessibility for our Associates.

You'll need to be experienced in e2e accessibility, be comfortable with analytics and user experience design, demonstrate your methodology, lead teams with data-driven decisions, and communicate plans and outcomes for different internal audiences.

Conduct discovery, gap analysis, and user insights to translate goals into roadmaps to achieve results, while managing risk and regression.

Build relationships with key technical, and non-technical, partners to create an inclusive culture, guide roadmap prioritization, influence stakeholders and obtain leadership agreement.

Develop plans, frameworks, training, and process improvements to enhance our Associate tools, capabilities and experiences.

Along the way you will report to the Director of Product Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 5 years of product management experience, and / or accessibility program management experience.

3+ years of experience creating accessibility requirements for product programs.

Must be familiar with WCAG and other related accessibility standards.

Knowledge of multiple types of assistive technology, including screen readers across multiple devices and platforms, Dragon Naturally Speaking, ZoomText and switch controls.

IAACP / WAAS certification.

Knowledge of aria, HTML and CSS.
