The Manager, Digital Accessibility leads the digital accessibility for Canada Post’s customer-facing experiences. The manager works with the UX management team to advocate for users with accessibility needs, while informing business requirements to create an optimal user experience for all our customers. Collaboration with product owners, developers and business stakeholders are central to the role. The manager is responsible for providing accessibility leadership, expert guidance, coordination and support to the Digital Channel and Products team.
