The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Accessibility Delivery Lead, to manage and deliver accessible solutions as part of the Digital Marketing & CX team. We are looking for someone who will lead, drive compliance and deliver accessible products and services across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong delivery background, capable of leading a team and ensuring projects are completed on time.
To be successful, you must show empathy towards people with disabilities, have a passion for helping to make products better for everyone, have a curious, inquisitive mind and self-awareness with an interest in continuing to improve your people and technical skills and be able to share your knowledge and talent with team members and clients by providing training and mentoring
Your responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of accessibility specialists, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of accessibility initiatives.
Identify and assess emerging accessibility trends and technologies, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Establish and maintain clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Analyze data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions while preparing dashboards on performance and utilization.
Drive the creation and maintenance of documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
Foster a collaborative environment with team members, and other departments.
Identify new opportunities and growth areas.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Proven experience in a project delivery or leadership role.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Strategic thinking with an ability to develop and implement long-term accessibility strategies.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
A curious and inquisitive mind, with a passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest trends.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Project or Delivery Management
Understanding of the WCAG.
IAAP, CPACC, ADS and/or WAS certifications desirable but not necessary.
Desirable attributes:
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Strategic and forward-thinking.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
