About The RoleOur Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Accessibility Test Analyst. This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension, located at our client’s sites in ACT or NSWwith hybrid working arrangements.

As The Selected Candidate, You Will
* Prepare accessibility test cases, test scripts, execute test cycles, document test results and manage defects
* Consult delivery teams to ensure accessibility requirements are integrated into solution design and testing
* Provide input to the Test Manager for the preparation of Accessibility Test Plans
* Conduct accessibility audits on cloud applications and platforms
* Perform WCAG 2.x analysis to plan and execute testing
* Develop accessibility test frameworks and design guidelines across systems including SAP CRM Portals and cloud-based platforms
* Create, maintain, and execute accessibility test scripts
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of test quality and processes
* Document the outcomes of accessibility testing activities

To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
* At least 5 years' experience in Accessibility & WCAG testing on cloud-hosted applications and CRM portals
* Proven experience in running end-to-end accessibility audits on cloud products
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience with Accessibility & WCAG in medium-to-large scale systems or cloud environments
* Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and their application to User Experience (UX) testing
* Significant experience with accessibility tools including WAVE, JAWS, and ZoomText

It Is Desirable If You Have
* Familiarity with test frameworks and automation strategies
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Exposure to testing in Salesforce, mobile applications, or SAP platforms
* Understanding of government digital accessibility compliance and standards

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline clearance.
