Full Job Description
The Accessibility Analyst will have experience in WCAG 2.0/2.1, websites/apps, mobile, and documentation/content remediation, plus analysis to consult with teams working to make accessible internal tools and products. This role provides accessibility support for product development teams and will test, solve, and consult on accessibility issues at all stages of the lifecycle using the company-wide internal standard for accessibility compliance and other application laws and standards.This is a full-time position.
Accessibility Analyst Responsibilities:

Executing accessibility processes set forth by Enterprise Accessibility Manager.
Innovating on ways to scale adoption and integration of accessibility into internal tools.
Assisting with audits of third party vendor technology and prioritizing identified defects.
Partnering with cross-functional colleagues to ensure we are developing accessible products for all disability cohorts.
Evaluating code to help identify and provide solutions for accessibility defects.
Assisting design and engineering teams in conducting accessibility reviews (web and mobile), reporting results, and tracking metrics.
Training Enterprise Engineering and Design teams on how to test for accessibility and how to use screen readers.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of accessibility guidelines, processes, and training.


Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience with accessibility digital product support.
IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or similar.
Experience in helping teams (e.g., design, engineering) evolve from no accessibility to sustained accessibility built into their structure, process, and products.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android.
Hands-on experience with WAI-ARIA.
Proven tactical knowledge of accessibility standards and practices utilized to achieve compliance with WCAG 2.0/2.1, Section 508, ADA, other accessibility laws and standards.
Hands-on experience with assistive technology devices including screen readers, screen magnification, alternative keyboard inputs, etc. for both desktop and mobile.
