In this role, you will:

Perform manual and automated accessibility digital testing on Website, Mobile, and Email
Handle test planning and execution for Rewards focused on Accessibility testing
Handle complex End User Testing Assurance and test environment problems and issues
Record test progress and results
Identify and track issues throughout testing
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Research system features being tested
Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Work with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process for resolution
Attend and actively participate in project meetings
Acts as a voice for the line of business during testing
Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 and 2.2
Knowledge of assistive technologies (JAWS/NVDA for desktop, VoiceOver for iOS devices, Talkback for Android devices, and Color Contrast Analyzer)
Certified for Accessibility validations (ADA testing) – IAAP / CPACC - Certified Professional In Accessibility Core Competencies and IAAP / WAS - Web Accessibility Specialist. CPWA combined
Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
Solid knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing process
Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
Experience with Testing tools – such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

Pay Range:

New York, New York: $87,700 - $155,900
