Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with assistive technologies and experience of testing with multiple assistive technologies (e.g. braille displays, screen readers, magnification software, switch control devices, etc.).
2 years of program management/product management experience in the accessibility space.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience working across customer-facing roles.
Experience with assistive technologies.
Ability to build excellent relationships and work effectively cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Help define product/support vision and roadmap for accessibility and develop accessibility training and certification program for frontline IT support.
Serve as industry and assistive technologies subject matter expert in IT Support.
File bugs/reports on accessibility-related issues and follow up with product teams to ensure solutions are prioritized and in progress.
Recommend and develop process changes to improve service optimization and improvement, including service quality and availability.
Coordinate new services, projects, and system implementations as needed as well as deep-diving and analyzing accessibility technology and tool gaps.
