Netflix is looking for a Project Manager / Producer with deep knowledge and experience in accessible game design and development. The role reports into the head of inclusive game development, working directly with the production organization to ensure our portfolio of games are as accessible as possible, taking into account the different needs of our members.

The candidate will have a proven track record working on games that champion accessibility as well as experience collaborating across a range of cross-functional teams with the ability to influence and facilitate the execution of our game accessibility strategy across the external games portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Creating clear guidelines, best practices and resources to support our developers in their accessibility journey
Build, maintain and operationalize accessibility guidelines and workflows to support the production organization
Advice production teams across the external games organization on solutions that make our games playable for everyone
Facilitate the execution of our game accessibility strategy and ensure the team are aware of the goals and priority
Partnering cross-functionally to influence and embed inclusion and accessibility into strategies for Games sourcing, design, development and QA
Ensuring the development teams get access to the right training and learning opportunities to improve their ability to make accessible and inclusive games
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in production with a focus on accessibility
Experience in game development environments across mobile and PC
Experience leading through influence and inspiration, with the ability to use relationships to promote results
Ability to present ideas and research in a way that makes it actionable and easily understandable for all audiences
Ability to measure success and propose improvements
Excellent communication with the ability to adaptability communication skills for a variety of audiences and demographics
Understanding of the landscape and new inclusion, accessibility and representation developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
A Passion for Game Accessibility and Advocacy
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $270,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
