Position Information: This is a regular,full-time position, reporting to Group Product Manager.

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $61,245 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location: In this US-based position your location w ill be remote.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

Compliance guidance:

* D raft and enforce accessibility standards (teacher and student) across the company to ensure that accessibility support is consistent throughout the platforms and curricula.
* Advise on accessibility standards like WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Contribute to tracking and communicating accessibility status across the portfolio

Accessibility audits and testing:

* Perform comprehensive evaluations of digital products to identify accessibility issues using automated tools and manual testing techniques.
* Work with third parties, where necessary, to complete audits, and remediate issues.
* I nterpret, prioritize, and disseminate audit findings to the appropriate teams for remediation.

Collaboration with development teams:

* Collaborate closely with designers, developers, QA, and content creators to integrate accessibility features throughout the development lifecycle.

Policy development & evangelism:

* Champion the development and implementation of accessibility policies and guidelines within the organization.
* Advise on internal training materials, ensuring our policies are up to date with accessibility standards and legislation.
* Consult with internal teams as needed to prepare them for customer discussions regarding accessibility status and standards. Participate in customer calls when appropriate.

Accessibility documentation:

* Maintain documentation related to accessibility standards, testing procedures, and remediation strategies.
* Assist with accessibility-related responses in requests for proposals and bids (collaborating with the Bids and Approvals teams as needed).
* Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, human-computer interaction, communications or design and at least 2 years of digital accessibility experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines like WCAG.
* Proficiency with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigators, and magnifiers.
* Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact accessibility.
* Experience using accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
* Awareness of disability rights and sensitivity to user needs.
* The preferred candidate will possess expertise in digital content standards and remediation consultation, including familiarity with NIMAS/NIMAC guidelines, as well as a strong understanding of print accessibility standards.
* Background in digital content remediation—including formats such as PDF, PowerPoint, and video—primarily in a consultation and testing capacity.
