Manager, Digital Solutions Consulting - Accessibility Training & Awareness

We're seeking a strategic and passionate Manager Digital Solutions Consultant, Accessibility Training & Awareness to lead the development and execution of a client's enterprise-wide education initiatives that foster a culture of digital inclusion. This role is central to embedding accessibility into every layer of our digital marketing and product ecosystem - through scalable learning programs, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact.

As a key change agent, you will collaborate across disciplines to elevate accessibility awareness, drive behavior change, and support compliance with digital accessibility standards. This is both a strategic and hands-on role - ideal for a dynamic leader with expertise in accessibility, adult learning, and digital product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Own Accessibility Learning Strategy:
Build and scale a comprehensive Accessibility Academy with tiered learning paths mapped to role-specific competencies, WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards, and accessibility maturity models.
Act as Cross-Functional Strategic Partner:
Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, UX/UI Design, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Procurement - ensuring accessibility best practices are embedded across the entire digital product lifecycle.
Deliver High-Impact Learning Experiences:
Lead the creation and facilitation of custom training experiences, including team-based coaching, onboarding modules, accessibility hackathons, and department-specific workshops.
Drive Culture Through Communication & Engagement:
Coordinate internal and external accessibility events, such as executive roundtables, community showcases, and thought leadership panels at conferences.
Define & Measure Success:
Partner with analytics teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as course participation, behavior change, issue remediation rates, and overall program ROI.
Scale Through Champions & Partnerships:
Mentor internal accessibility advocates and employee resource groups (ERGs) to extend inclusive practices across the organization.
Manage External Education Partners:
Oversee relationships with vendors and training providers, ensuring supplemental resources align with enterprise goals and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Accessibility, or Organizational Change Management in a digital environment
Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, assistive technologies, and inclusive design frameworks
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide training or behavior change programs
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with LMS platforms, AEM, design systems, and digital tools (e.g., React, Angular)
Ability to influence across matrixed environments and senior leadership levels
Preferred Qualifications:
IAAP Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or equivalent
Lived experience with disability and/or demonstrated leadership in accessibility advocacy
Experience with accessibility compliance in marketing and customer experience channels
Must have extensive knowledge and expertise with ADA requirements
Agree to work onsite at client location
