Minimum qualifications:
7 years of experience in accessibility testing
1 year of mentorship and formal team leadership experience
Experience with assistive technology software and hardware
Experience with accessibility checking tools (e.g. Accessibility Scanner, Lighthouse)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with a large organization and improving products and processes
Familiarity with assistive technology on both desktop and mobile
Familiarity with a wide range of disabilities
Ability to write and debug web pages with HTML, CSS, and ARIA

Lead a team of Accessibility Analysts responsible for testing Chrome & Chrome OS Accessibility, including bug triage, feature launch review, and product auditing.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Accessibility Analysts responsible for testing Chrome & Chrome OS Accessibility
Perform launch reviews of new features and decide whether they meet the bar for accessibility. Consult with feature teams who are working on ensuring their features are accessible
Perform full audits of Chrome & Chrome OS across platforms for accessibility issues
Triage accessibility issues and determine their priority and what component the bug belongs to
Test new user-facing accessibility features and ensure they're polished
