Work within the Workplace Investing business unit’s Agile framework as a member of the Customer Solutions Chapter in the Money Out & Digital Governance Product Area where you will:
Collaborate with technology and customer solutions teams and squads with responsibility for:
Delivering accessible documents for enterprise marketing, technology, and communication functions.
Remediating inaccessible PDFs.
Optimizing our ability to deliver accessible information.
You will identify gaps and a document accessibility strategy, including evaluating new and prospective tools, creating processes and procedures, and defining and tracking metrics.
