The Student Success Representative will be responsible for the continuous support of students enrolled in Clusiv training, from enrollment to graduation. This position will be vital in providing a comprehensive and excellent customer experience. Working closely with Technical Account Managers, this position will facilitate phone, text, email, and virtual meetings for all student needs. Student Success Representatives will be responsible for ensuring that all students progress through their training, and make it successfully to graduation, while also maintaining contact tracking and outcome measures.
