We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to partner with partners, technical leaders, and development teams across our organization.

What you will do:

Conduct user research to understand customer needs and opportunities to improve the productivity and collaboration suite, and the Employee Accessibility Resource Center.

Encourage product feature visions and guide standards and essential acceptance criteria through every stage of the software development lifecycle. Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research

Establish journey maps to identify struggles and opportunities in software for employees

Define a set of success metrics to measure customer happiness and business impact and be able to apply them in decision-making

Support and continue building the Expedia Group catalog of assistive technologies

Who you are:

Previous experience as a product manager or product owner in software companies

Strong customer focus with a passion for Accessible Experiences and a persistent growth mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience and familiarity with digital accessibility; WCAG 2.1, 508c, and CVAA guidelines, ATAG, UAAG and International Standards

Some experience with most assistive technologies

Inspiring collaborator, influencing strategy and design decisions and comfortable leaning on your own authentic lived experiences
