The work

Through our partnership with CIB Technology, it helps the firm deliver cohesive, ADA-compliant experiences across organizational boundaries, products and channels.

As an Accessibility SME , you'll support the evolution of the UI Toolkit. Collaborating with designers, developers, information architects, UX writers and product owners, you'll play a key role in helping us realize the vision-and define the next generation of user experience.
The Accessibility SME role
As a Senior Accessibility SME, you will work with the UI Toolkit team (e.g., leadership, designers and developers) to identify and resolve accessibility barriers on the Toolkit and its related products, based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 standards as well as compliance with the ADA, Section 508, the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act, and other related accessibility laws. You will bring a broad range of knowledge which will complement and strengthen an already dynamic, seasoned group of accessibility professionals. You will also collaborate with a broader community of accessibility SMEs to ensure there is consistency and cohesion in the accessibility evaluations and recommendations being made across the CIB.
