Job Description

Bringing Workday to all users, regardless of their abilities, is a core focus of our user experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate, creative and dedicated to building great user experiences that can be used by everyone.

By joining our Accessibility team:

You will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to ensure that Workday works seamlessly for everyone.
You will develop solutions that remove barriers and empower our customers to fulfill their diversity hiring and retention needs.
You will be part of an agile development team that uses modern, standards-based technologies to build first-class user experiences that are deployed continuously to our customers.

We’re Looking For:

JavaScript experience – advanced knowledge of front-end web development with a good understanding of modern JavaScript libraries & frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
Java experience – strong programming knowledge and experience using JUnit and Mock frameworks
3+ years work experience developing complex software applications
3+ years work experience with front-end web development
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a relevant field (Computer Science, HCI, etc.)
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
Utilize common design patterns (MVC, Inversion of Control, Event-driven systems)
Hands-on with testing, build automation, deployments, and monitoring (in addition to design and implementation)
