We are expanding our accessibility compliance services and are looking for an IAAP-certified professional to conduct website accessibility audits and provide compliance guidance.

Role Overview
We are seeking an **IAAP-certified accessibility expert** who can:

* Conduct comprehensive website accessibility audits
* Evaluate websites against WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines
* Provide structured audit reports with issue categorization
* Guide on compliance standards aligned with international accessibility requirements
* Assist in documentation required for accessibility certification readiness

**The JBMatrix development team will handle all remediation, including coding fixes for websites and PDF documents, as per the audit report.**

Responsibilities
* Perform accessibility audits for websites and web applications
* Review accessibility of PDF documents
* Identify WCAG Level A / AA compliance gaps
* Provide clear, developer-ready issue documentation
* Offer validation testing after remediation
* Support clients in accessibility compliance processes

Required Qualifications
* IAAP Certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA preferred)
* Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards
* Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, screen readers)
* Experience auditing enterprise or government websites preferred
* Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Skills
* Experience in accessibility consulting
* Knowledge of Indian and international compliance standards
* Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
