Mandatory Skills:

Job description:
Develop and maintain web applications using JSP and ExtJS frameworks.
Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/Section 508).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and product managers.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Fix bugs in the existing application related to JSP/EXTJs
JSP (JavaServer Pages): Strong hands-on experience in building dynamic web pages.
Accessibility: Good knowledge of accessibility guidelines and implementation practices.
ExtJS: Proven experience in developing rich client-side applications using ExtJS.
Java/J2EE: Solid understanding of Java-based backend development.
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
Version Control: Experience with Git or similar tools.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Agile ways of working should be known.
