**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze documents to ensure coherence, validity, and to maintain continuity of style of content.
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
- Work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements.
- Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions.
- Act as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
- Deliver customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
- Use Section 508 compliance testing tools and checklists to evaluate software, web, and mobile application user interfaces (UI) for Section 508 compliance.
- Assist project teams in developing 508 remediation plans.

**Education and Experience:**

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a dynamic development environment.

**Required Skills:**

- Strong writing, production, and technical editing skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, to include Publisher, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian products, to include JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile and SecDevOps, the SDLC, and general software development (Java, Javascript).
- Current 508 certification and knowledge of 508 compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with EazyBI and PowerAutomate/PowerApps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

**Desired Skills:**

- Experience with coding languages (HTML/CSS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/SecDevOps
- Experience with Solutions Development
- Experience with Implementation/Testing

**Security Clearance**
