Senior UI UX Designer

Aerial Teknology is seeking a **Senior UI/UX Designer** with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end product design — from **research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping** — ensuring every interface is both functional and visually compelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead **end-to-end design** processes: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
* Create **user-centric**, **accessible**, and **visually engaging** designs.
* Build and maintain **design systems** and **style guides** for consistency.
* Conduct **UX research** to understand user behavior and needs.
* Ensure **responsive**, **accessible (WCAG-compliant)** interfaces across platforms.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in **Agile** teams.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
