Senior Developer, Accessibility - ReactJS, NodeJS, CICD

Optum is a global organization that delivers care, aided by technology to help millions live healthier lives. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join the Accessibility Center of Excellence team. This role involves building and improving technical features across frontend and backend systems with a focus on accessibility, authentication, and DevOps practices. Responsibilities include developing and documenting technical features based on user stories, writing unit/functional and end-to-end tests including accessibility tests, troubleshooting multi-tier distributed systems, enhancing authentication features with OAuth/OIDC, and improving CI/CD pipelines with Github actions. Required qualifications include experience in fast-paced collaborative environments, working with complex projects, knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WAI, PDF UA, Section 508), testing frameworks like Playwright and Cypress, expertise with ReactJS, Typescript, NodeJS, OAuth/OIDC, Git/Github, and troubleshooting skills.
