As a Senior Accessibility Analyst, you will partner with the hundreds of people within UX and thousands within Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and more to help ADP deliver amazing and inclusive experiences to our hundreds of thousands of customers and tens of millions of users.
As a Senior Accessibility Analyst, you will be part of ADP’s growing global accessibility testing team—including specialists in Spain and India—charged with conducting comprehensive manual assistive technology–based, as well as automated and semi-automated, accessibility testing across ADP’s strategic product portfolio. Your work ensures that our products meet global accessibility standards, support compliance expectations in regulated markets, and are accompanied by accurate, current, and RFP-ready Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs/VPATs).

You will, alongside other Senior Accessibility Analysts, create and maintain comprehensive, clear, and understandable “How To” documentation for ADP clients navigating our products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on testing, deep dives into user experience through the lens of disability and producing the detailed documentation that enables ADP to meet the expectations of customers, regulators, and global markets.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Accessibility Analyst at ADP.
**Test & Validate**
• Conduct comprehensive manual accessibility testing for assigned products, using the full range of assistive technologies—including screen readers, voice control, dictation software, switch access, magnification tools, and built-in OS accessibility features.

• Validate product accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549, Section 508, and other relevant global standards.
• Test across platforms (web, iOS, Android) and diverse codebases.
• Document temporary “work arounds” as available while issues are triaged and fixed by product teams.
**Author & Maintain ACRs/VPATs**
• Produce, update, and maintain accurate Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs/VPATs) for assigned product areas, ensuring they reflect current functionality and testing outcomes. Become an expert in navigating ADP’s strategic product portfolio.
• Translate test findings into clear, standards mapped documentation that supports customer RFPs and renewals in regulated industries.
**Investigate & Document**
• Create high-quality accessibility defects with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, user impact, environment details, and relevant references to WCAG, EN 301 549, Section 508, or other relevant standards.
• Support Engineering, UX, and QA by providing detailed clarifications, screenshots, recordings, and AT behavior notes.
• Create high-quality, clear, and understandable “How To” documentation and training for assistive technology users navigating product experiences with accompanying videos as needed.
**Collaborate & Partner**
• Under the direction of the Lead Accessibility Testing Project Coordinator, collaborate with the ADP Accessibility engineering and product functions to integrate accessibility testing into relevant workflows for product development teams.
• Collaborate with the ADP Accessibility Engineering function to develop and execute on training (workshops, materials, etc.).
• When needed, alongside our Senior Accessibility Analyst focused on procurement, you document third-party insights and integrate findings into purchasing processes and documentation.
• Participate in recurring syncs with relevant members of the ADP Accessibility Team, most frequently with the Lead Accessibility Testing Project Coordinator.
**Bring Order from Complexity**
• Contribute to test planning, workflow documentation, defect triage, capturing of data analytics regarding defects, and structured reporting processes.
• Ensure testing outcomes roll up cleanly into product level accessibility status and VPAT artifacts.
**Evangelize & Educate**
• Help teams understand how real users—including people who rely on assistive technology—experience our products.
• Promote ADP’s accessibility philosophy and help mature accessibility practices across product and engineering teams.
**Analyze & Report**
• Share data-driven insights on defect patterns, root causes, and opportunities for systemic quality improvements.
• Help inform accessibility program metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**

• You are a native assistive technology user or have extensive experience using assistive technologies across a wide array of operating systems.
