Senior UI/UX Designer

Help modernize public-facing digital platforms by designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for complex enterprise systems. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to large-scale government technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**.
* Apply best practices in **responsive design**, **accessibility (WCAG)**, and **SEO optimization**.
* Design interfaces for systems integrating **AI/ML**, with a focus on **explainable AI (XAI)**.
* Present complex data through clear **data visualizations**.

Qualifications:

* **4+ years** of UI/UX design for enterprise systems.
* Strong experience with **accessibility standards**, agile workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Preferred: Experience in **government, healthcare, or finance**, and familiarity with **eligibility or rule-based systems**.
* Ability to recieve and maintain security clearance needed
* **No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered**
